Amen, brother. That’s exactly what’s motivating me right now...the window of opportunity. We’re early enough that leadership can still shape this. Maximize the gains and minimize the downside.
I’m less interested in the extreme points of view. The real opportunity is in the middle. Being thoughtful about how this actually plays out. For me, it comes down to one question: how do we stay human while building a healthy relationship with AI’s capabilities?
I’ve gotten lost in the AI matrix more than a few times this past year. It takes real intentionality to stay above it.
